Did you know that no one really knows what they want? like no one has really figured out the difference between what they think will make them happy and what really makes them happy. We just see the lives others are living and assume that if we were them, then we will be happy like that’s how everyone decides what they like and what they don’t, we just pictured ourselves in a certain situations or places in life and if it seems good enough, you convince yourself that if you had this, this and this you will be completely and absolutely happy and content and when you have all the things on your list you just find yourself mentally expanding the list until you give up the ghost. Because if you had everything you wanted then what’s point of being alive? Like the whole reason we are alive like physically, mentally and even emotionally is because we have things to hope for in our physical life, mental life and love life without these things you are literally better off dead.

Sometimes I feel like we were not created to be contented, like we were created to want more, want more from love, from life, from even the people around us in a way that’s the way it is. Everyone is just hoping that thing they dream off is really going to make them happy and if it doesn’t they will probably just move on to hope for the next best thing, like you never know what makes you happy until it does, you never know if it’s that guy would, until you’re in a relationship with him and he makes you happy. And you really don’t know if it’s the life that you dream of that’s going to make you happy until you’re living the life and you realize you are not happy.

Most times we don’t care, you would hear people say I don’t care about happiness once I have money or power or affluence or love then and only then will happiness come but that’s not true because when you get rich it will just be sad you plus rich, or sad miserable you plus power, influence or whatever it is that you think your happiness is tied to. I think the only person that has found something close to what happiness is, is that person that can make him or herself happy from whatever they have around them, like they hope for more and better but they are honestly happy with what they’ve got because they understand it’s a privilege. And I say this as a disclaimer because I don’t believe any one can find true happiness until they are in heaven but if you this person, then you are as close as anyone on earth can get, the rest of us are just clueless.
